Your dentist just said, “You have a small cavity on your tooth.”
Most patients, after swearing a bit, wonder what that looks like. Below is a short primer on what a cavity or tooth decay looks like when its small.

The arrows above are pointing toward different types of decay on this tooth. The color of the tooth around the silver filling is different from side to side. Normal tooth color is below the filling. Above the filing decay is eating away at the tooth. The lower arrow points to a color change coming from UNDER the enamel. The distinction is: its not stain just sitting on top of the tooth. |
What are vacations for? New Carpet!!

We made a huge mess but…………. the new carpet is in and looks great.

Love the new carpet it looks so great.
Floors To Go did everything for us. Ripped out the old stuff and hauled it away. Put down the new carpet. Replaced the base. Worked over the weekend. They were fantastic, highly recommend.

Too much gum tissue
Sometimes the gum tissue supporting the teeth will cover so much tooth structure that it looks unsightly. A gummy smile is not pleasing. The photographs in this article show the dramatic changes available to change a gummy smile.
Observe the short square teeth in the first image. The teeth appear short, square, very immature. The gum contour is not in the proper position for an adult smile. There is plenty of tooth stucture under the tissue. It just needs to show more.
