Symmetry is so, so important to beauty. Without it a smile is just OFF!

Replacing one front tooth is a nightmare with most crowns.

This case was completed in one appointment. The crown was constructed using CEREC 3D cad-cam. The crown was stained, glazed and fired in a porcelain oven.

Cement. Clean up. Your done! A Wow!

Before treatment, a very large white filling doesn't match.

Its such a pleasure to improve the smile to match such a gorgeous woman.

The teeth were bleached, two new crowns and two veneers were placed. The teeth were lengthened and given a completely different shape. The upper were placed in the ideal position overlapping the lower teeth. The gaps at the gum-line were closed

Thank-you for giving me the opportunity to complete your case. Doug

Yellow, twisted teeth with spaces don't look good.

After placement of twelve porcelain veneers.

After placement of porcelain veneers.

The patient had yellow, twisted, misshaped teeth. Treatment was performed in two visits. The patient’s teeth were prepared to allow complete control of the shape of the veneers. Notice slight irregularities to give the most natural look.

Before and After Dental Case of the Week ~ Tooth Bleaching – Ted M

Before & After ~ Dental Bleaching

These photographs have not been retouched.

This patient hated his yellow teeth. We made custom bleaching trays. The patient bleached for every night for two weeks. A yellow filling was present on the front tooth.

Before starting the at home bleaching

Most fillings do not change color with the bleaching process. They must be removed and have a new composite that matches the bleach color of the put on instead. The patient was very ecstatic with the outcome!

After bleaching for two weeks at night. WOW!

Before & After ~ Gum Contouring & Dental Crown

These photographs have not been retouched.

The initial photograph was taken just a month before the patients wedding was scheduled. Her orthodontist had just removed her braces and left the spaces, tipped teeth, and lateral incisors that were too short. The gums were not in the correct position resulting in a gummy smile.

We bleached the teeth, reshaped the gums with a diode laser, and placed four porcelain veneers. Now the patient has a great adult smile!

The bride had a beautiful smile in her wedding photographs.

There was only three weeks in between these photos.
